Fort Carson soldiers deploy to support Pueblo vaccination site

A U.S. Army Soldier assigned to 2nd Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, administers a COVID vaccine to a community member in Pueblo on April 12. The Soldiers deployed from Fort Carson in support of the continued Department of Defense COVID response operations to help communities in need.

Nearly 140 Soldiers assigned to 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT), 4th Infantry Division, have been providing vaccinations to members of the Pueblo community in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19.

The Soldiers deployed from Fort Carson on Monday, April 12, in support of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) COVID-19 response operations.
