Fort Carson hiring event aims to fill 100 positions

The Fort Carson Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation is hosting a hiring event from noon to 5 p.m. on June 2 in order to fill over 100 open positions.
Available positions include Child and Youth Program Assistants and Tractor Operators.
Hiring incentives are being offered for Child and Youth positions, including $250 sign-on bonuses, $500 lump-sum bonuses after six and 12 months of continuous employment.
Military dependents and Department of Defense Civilian dependents 17-years and older are eligible to apply.
Applicants are encouraged to set up a profile at usajobs.gov and apply for the listed openings in advance. They should also send their resume to [email protected] on June 2 between 7-11 a.m. Those who have pre-applied may be hired on the spot during the telephonic interviews. Official job offers will be extended on June 3.
