Craft fair fundraiser coming soon

The annual holiday craft fair will be on Nov. 13. This is one of the senior center’s major fundraisers. Organizers are now recruiting crafters to sell their goods at the fair. There is a small fee for the space. Call 719-600-2644 to reserve a table.

Special outings planned

Flying W Ranch: Thursday, Sept. 30. Price for the event will be $65 per person, which includes your meal and transportation. Please call the office at (719) 600-2644 to make reservations.

Oak Ridge Boys – Elvira Tour: Friday, Oct. 1. Enjoy 40 years of music by the Oak Ridge Boys at the Historic Pueblo Memorial Hall. The show is at 7 p.m. Have dinner (not included in ticket price) with your friends followed by some award-winning music. The group will leave the center at 5 p.m. and have dinner at McAllister’s. Cost is $83 per person, includes your ticket and transportation.

Clint Black and Lisa Hartman Black: Thursday, Dec. 2, at Pueblo Memorial Hall. Enjoy the sounds of this multi–award winning Country superstar and his wife for an evening of entertainment. The show starts at 8 p.m. The group will leave the center at 5:30 p.m. and have dinner before the show on the Riverwalk. A limited number of tickets are available. Price is $90 and includes your ticket for admission and transportation. Participants responsible for their dinner.

Fort Logan National Cemetery: On Monday, Oct. 11, FVSC will be taking a van/bus to Denver. Reservations are accepted in the office by calling 719-600-2644 and the cost is $16 per trip. Their will be a stop for lunch and each person is responsible for their own.

The Kitty Paster Thrift Shoppe is open Monday-Friday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and has many items for sale.
