Wag of the Week
Last updated 1/25/2022 at 2:53pm
This week we feature Sam, who is a gentle soul, Boxer in the face, Australian Shepherd in the tail (ie, really no tail, not true of all Aussies), and all love in between. He has a beautiful coat; is obviously very healthy. He was surrendered by his family after escaping from the back yard. When I first met him (at Tumbleweed Kennels), he was so shy – he stayed in a corner between chairs, afraid to emerge. But today, the 23rd, he is so brave! He must know a home is on the way! Sam gets along with other dogs, does well with cats, and is a real love-bug. His stated age is 6, but he may be a bit older. He needs moderate exercise and a lot of attention to be happy. It's possible that another dog in the home will help him further out of his shell, but it may not be necessary. One look in this sweet dog's soulful eyes and you'll fall in love with him.
Also, I saw the chart shown on a Facebook page so thought to share it.
