After being postponed several times due to inclement weather, the Widefield School District 3 elementary spelling bee finally took place Friday, March 18. Winners were as follows:

4th Grade:

- 1st Place: Ainsley Collins (Venetucci)

- 2nd Place: Charlotte Brown (WESA)

- 3rd Place: Rowan Schisler (King)

5th Grade:

- 1st Place: Lilyanna McBride (Grand Mountain)

- 2nd Place: Connor Jennison (French)

- 3rd Place: Keyshaun Cleveland-Bates (WESA)
