Wag of the Week

Hi, do you or your child need/desire to volunteer, rack up some hours for a project, etc? Consider volunteering for AARF. Duties include playing with/loving on our dogs boarded at Tumbleweed Kennels – i.e., a fun thing! Colleges and other places love seeing young folks, for instance, who volunteer in their communities.
Paris still needs a home. She's about 4, good with kids, cats and other dogs. She's such a sweetie and I remember the day her military family had to leave her behind. It was sad. They surely did not wish to. Anyone?
Juice is about 2, a Lab/Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, good with people and dogs. Shy at first, he'll need some time to warm up and establish a bond. Coco is about 2 and is Mastiff Terrier mix. Also shy, she needs loving patience – with it, she warms up and is a complete sweetheart! She can be dog- selective with female dogs but seems to do well with all males. Snowball is a Lab/Terrier Mix; she's good with people and dogs and is about 5 months old. Lola, about 5 months, is a female pit mix good with people and dogs.
Next week, we will share about our newest friend, Stuart: Poor little fella was obviously neglected. He's a Shih-Tzu mix who is now gaining some weight and getting healthy. He'll be available soon, so stay tuned. His target weight is 15-20.
