The City of Fountain is hosting a sensory friendly event on Tuesday, April 26, from 6-7:30 p.m. at Fountain Fire Station #1, located at 811 N. Santa Fe Ave. Any children with special needs, and their families, are welcome to join.

The kids get a chance to meet members of the city of Fountain Public Safety Team, try on equipment, and sit in a police cruiser and fire truck. It is a great opportunity for the kids to experience these things in a low-stress environment. You can come and visit for 5 minutes or hang out for the entire hour – whatever works best for your family!
