Fountain Police Department announced that recently several citizens have received suspicious phone calls from someone identifying themselves as a Fountain police officer or a city of Fountain official. The callers are identifying themselves as Officer Paige Foster or Deputy City Manager Todd Evans.

“At no time would law enforcement ever call you and request you pay any type of fine in lieu of going to jail,” an FPD statement said. “As a reminder, please do not ever provide your personal information or provide any money to these callers.”
