Hi dog-lovers: Shasta, Buddy, and Paris are still waiting on foster or forever homes. Please share if you can. There are also Tumbleweed dogs for fostering/adopting, from partnering with Fort Carson lost and stray pets. You can reach Tumbleweed Country Kennels at 719-382-1126. AND you can now visit any day of the week to play with the dogs; please call ahead.

We have some great pups here at Tumbleweed looking for forever homes; all dogs are fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed/neutered
Bubba is a 2-year-old Boxer, he's a handsome boy! He's good natured and friendly, we believe he is around 2-3 years old. He came in as a stray, so we do not have a lot of other information about him. He will be your best buddy if you just give him the chance.
Julie (one blue eye) is a beautiful 3-year-old Husky Australian Shepherd mix. She loves to run and play, and we just love her eyes. She will need a home with someone that has the time to dedicate to her.
Cheesecake (Husky) is a fun loving girl who loves attention and gets along with other dogs. We believe she is 3 1/2 years old, her parents were getting a divorce, so they gave her up. She is looking for a stable home with lots of love and attention.
Juice (Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix) is an active boy who loves to run and make new friends with the other dogs. He's a little over a year old and looking for someone to hit the trails with and explore.
Toby (Shar Pei/ Lab Mix, toy in mouth) He is a happy 6-year-old who loves his toys, running around in the play yard. He's still got a lot of life in him and is looking for the perfect home with plenty of room to roam, play with his toys and relax. A calmer home would be great for Toby, he would love to just hang out by your side and be your companion.
Coco (Mastiff mix, pictured with the bench) Is a sweet girl and will be your best friend one she gets to know you, she did come in with her husky brother when their parents got divorced. We think she is right around 4-years-old. She loves her playtimes in the yard and lots of belly rubs.
Ranger (German Shepherd/ Lab Mix, green bandana) is just under a year old. When he came to us he was very skinny and scared. He has since put on some weight and is a happy boy who loves to run and play. He got the best of the two breeds. Looking for a home that will provide stability in his life and have the time to spend with him.
Cookie (Jack Russell Terrier/ Staffordshire Terrier) She is such a happy smiley girl that will put a smile on your face when she enters the room. She is full of wiggles and loves to play. She gets along with other dogs and would love to have a forever family that has the time to play with her. We believe she is around 2 years old.
Sven (Black Terrier Mix, pictured in the attachment below) Is a happy-go-lucky little guy, he's just under a year old. He likes other dogs, loves to play and get all of the pets you have to offer. He will brighten your day with his charming personality!
