FORT CARSON – The Fourth Infantry Division celebrates the Army Chaplain Corps' birthday each year on July 29th, the day it was authorized by the Continental Congress. It is now the 247th anniversary, and it reaffirms the Army Chaplain Corps' commitment to helping, mentoring, counseling, and teaching the Soldiers within the army ranks.
