Command Post Exercise II held at Fort Carson

This 24-hour security detail was put in place while the 4th Infantry Division conducted Command Post Exercise II.

Command Post Exercise II was held at Fort Carson during the week of August 15.

Chief Warrant Officer 3 John Seeling, a network engineer, left, and Sgt. Anthony Gutierrez, a network technician, both assigned to G6, 4th Infantry Division, work to safely bring the network down so the Rear Command Post can move forward to its next objective at Fort Carson on Aug. 18. The operation was done in conjunction with a Command Post Exercise that helped Ivy Soldiers and leaders to be ready for future deployments as they fight and win the nation's wars.
