Bethel #31 of Fountain – Job’s Daughters International is growing!

Are you between 10 and 20 years old and interested in becoming a part of a world-wide sisterhood? Or do you know someone who is?

Job’s Daughters International (JDI) is a leadership organization for girls and has chapters called “Bethels” in the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil, and the Philippines. JDI has been around for over 100 years, and the local Bethel #31, in Fountain, has been in existence since 1959.

Job’s Daughters is a premier organization for young women that teaches the values of leadership, public speaking, charity, respect for parents and elders, and teamwork. Members participate in a variety of activities such as bimonthly meetings, service projects, leadership workshops, fundraisers, theme parties, dances and much more.

Members are girls and young women between the ages of 10 and 20 who are related to or are sponsored by a Master Mason and believe in a higher power.

If you’d like to learn more by seeing the group in action, please join Bethel #31 for the fall Installation of Officers at the Fountain Masonic Temple, 509 N. Main St. in Fountain, Friday, Sept. 16 at 7 p.m. This event is open to the public. Dress code: Sunday best.
