Santiago Kelly, 55, passed away on August 31, 2022, in Colorado Springs.
He was born Feb. 9, 1967, in Stockton, California, and grew up in the Portland, Oregon, area. He proudly served in the U.S. Army. Kelly lived in the Fountain Valley area for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Kelly.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary, 6630 S. Highway 85/87 in Fountain.
