Are you in the mood for Halloween yet? Well, get ready!

The Fountain UP events committee has another full schedule of Halloween events scheduled for this year, starting Oct. 14 with an all-day pumpkin carving demonstration by Willy Tuz, a Grand Junction-based fruit and ice sculptor who's been featured on Food Network. This will be outside of City Hall.

The network's new season of "Halloween Wars" is underway. Willy Tuz is featured as part of a team creating some "scary good" creations.

Then, save the date for Fountain UP's second annual Nightmare on Main Street Dance on Oct. 29. This will feature live music, costume contest, food vendors, and more.

These events are in addition to the city's annual Trunk or Treat, which will be held on Friday, Oct. 28, east of City Hall in the parking lot and part of Missouri Avenue.
