Crime Stoppers Seeks Fugitives

Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers is asking for assistance in locating the following individuals for whom felony arrest warrants have been issued:

TREVON ANTHONY ARNELL is a Black Male, 22 years old, 5'11" tall, and 140 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. ARNELL is wanted for Murder 2 – Att., Violent Crime w/Weapon (9), Assault 1 – Deadly Weapon (2), Accessory, Burglary 1 (2), Burglary 2 (2), Robbery – Agg. (3), Felony Menacing (3) and Driving Under the Influence.

LAVAUGHN RUDOLPH MILNE is a Black Male, 35 years old, 5'9" tall, and 150 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. MILNE is wanted for Murder 1 – Att., and Firearm – Illegal Discharge.

CARLY FAY MITCHELL is a White Female, 34 years old, 5'3" tall, and 100 lbs., with blonde hair and blue eyes. MITCHELL is wanted for Felony Menacing and Harassment.

JOEY ANTHONY MURACA is a White Male, 22 years old, 6'1" tall, and 140 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes. MURACA is wanted for Kidnapping 2, Assault 3, Harassment (2), Protection Order Violation (2) and Child Abuse.

RONNIE CARNELL SPEARMAN is a Black Male, 32 years old, 5'6" tall, and 135 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. SPEARMAN is wanted for Assault 2, Violent Crime, Harassment and Felony Menacing.

JANICE RENEE WILLIAMS is a Black Female, 61 years old, 5'10" tall, and 165 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. WILLIAMS is wanted for Felony Menacing (2), Criminal Impersonation (2), False Reporting, Driving Under the Influence and Driving Under Restraint.

$1,000 reward for fentanyl tips

Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers (PPACS) announces a reward of up to $1,000 for tips resulting in arrests of persons distributing fentanyl in any quantity.

Fentanyl is an extremely dangerous drug that can be fatal in doses as small as 2 mg. Recently there have been numerous fatalities from this drug across the region, including several young people in Colorado Springs. This reward is to incentivize citizens to come forward with information.

that will assist law enforcement agencies in reducing distribution of this lethal and illegal substance. PPACS shares information on a totally anonymous basis with law enforcement in the region.

Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to arrest and conviction of persons responsible for vandalism to property, monuments, memorials and other structures in Pikes Peak area public parks.
