Help ID this suspect

On Dec. 4, the pictured suspect entered a business in the 5500 block of South Hwy. 85 and stole several thousand dollars worth of merchandise and caused damage to the store. Police are asking for help identifying this person, described as:
White male
30-40 years old
220-230 lbs
Black knit cap, black face mask, dark colored hooded jacket, grey pants, white New Balance tennis shoes, and carrying a black backpack
