After being dispatched to help wrangle a loose animal, Fountain Police Officer Venegas had to utilize some of his best de-escalation tools - Ritz crackers. Once Mr. Jack, the loose donkey, had a taste of those buttery crackers, he and Officer Venegas became good friends. FPD reports that the animal was returned safely to its home.
