U.S. Army Soldiers participate in an advanced Army Combat Fitness Test during the Ivy Best Medic Competition on Dec. 12 at Fort Carson. Soldiers that win the competition by proving their physical and medical aptitude will claim the title as the top combat medic in the 4th Infantry Division. This ACFT has more events in addition to the normal exercises to make it more challenging for the Soldiers in attendance, such as burpees, goblet squats, and lunges, testing the Soldiers' physical capabilities.
